Scope

Services: website, bookings, visits, memberships and on-site workspace access.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings confirm only after written confirmation and required payment. Prices in INR; GST extra where applicable.

Cancellation & Refunds

Rules shown at booking apply. If nothing specific is shown: >48 hrs - refund/credit; <48 hrs - may forfeit payment. Refunds processed to the original payment method.

Access & Conduct

Valid ID may be required. We may refuse or revoke access for unlawful or disruptive behaviour. You pay for damage caused by you/guests.

Use of Space

Use is limited to lawful business/professional activities. Special uses (filming/events) need prior approval.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Third Parties

We use third-party payment and service providers; their terms apply.

IP

Site content, images and branding are ours - don't reuse without permission.

Governing Law

Indian law; courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
